The VCU IT Support Center provide quick, courteous, and comprehensive IT support to VCU faculty, staff, students, affiliates, and alumni. During regular business hours we provide full service phone, chat, walk-up and email support. Limited phone support is available during overnight hours and on holidays. We also provide full service walk-up support on the MCV Campus at our location in the VMI Building, room 311 or on the Monroe Park Campus at our location in Cabell Library room B30.
