Telecommunications Billing Support

The Telecommunications Customer Center provides secure, user-id/password access for customers to view their current and past telecommunications bills via a web portal.

Bills are rendered in a user-friendly HTML format with drill-down functionality, showing different levels of bill detail. Customers have the ability to export and download the bill in a PDF or CSV format. The Call Details page, accessible under the billing section of the main menu, allows customers to view call records over a period of time. By default the page will display call record results within the current month, but the customer may modify the search parameters to include a different date range in addition to allowing them to search for specific phone numbers and long distance authorization codes. Customers also have the ability to export and download the resulting call records in CSV format, if it is a very large dataset only the first 5,000 records will be exported.
