The VCU gradeIT system is the paper test scanning system managed by the VCU IT Support Center and is available for faculty who wish to provide in classroom multiple choice examinations (also known as bubble sheet exams).
VCU gradeIT forms are available for students at multiple locations on campus, and faculty can request a PDF copy of the form to print at their office locations. After giving an examination, faculty can collect the forms, create a key, and drop off their tests for processing at our Monroe Park and MCV walk up locations. Tests are processed by VCU ITSC technicians and are emailed to the faculty member at their VCU email account within two business days of drop-off. The IT Support Center holds processed tests for 30 days, after which they are shredded.
