Video Conferencing Support (Zoom)

Zoom Video Conferencing support including creation of faculty and staff user accounts for access to the Zoom desktop conferencing app, as well as providing assistance to faculty and staff to resolve issues with account status, installation, log-in, camera and mic sources, meeting creation and launch, content sharing, etc. Training and instruction for new users in person where possible, other support via phone or Zoom meeting. Escalation to Zoom tech support for more complicated or system-wide issues.
